Delivery policy:

Once we receive your order, we will despatch your VIP Invitation(s) within 24 hours by first class Royal Mail standard. You should expect delivery within 1-2 working days, we also obtain a certificate of posting for all orders should evidence be required.

Return/refund/cancellation

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to give you a refund within 6 months of purchase date, as long as the Invitation has not been used.

No refunds will be given once the VIP Invitation has been redeemed at the participating salon.
Money will be refunded via original payment method.
